Our Mission:

The Community Care Collaborative (CCC), a community impact program of the Albemarle Area United Way, supports individuals and families experiencing temporary emergency crises by coordinating direct assistance and connecting them with local resources. Our mission is to bridge gaps in services, strengthen stability, and ensure that neighbors receive timely, compassionate support when it matters most.

Samaritan: $1 - $600
Shepherd: $601 - $1,200
Saint: $1,201 & above

Red: Perquimans 
Yellow: Gates

Brown: Camden

Where our support comes from 

The Community Care Collaborative is blessed to have the support of the local faith community. Together we are the reaching hands working to help those most in need in Northeast North Carolina. CCC is serving four counties: Pasquotank, Camden, Perquimans, and Gates. Faith communities from across these four counties are united together in their commitment to help their neighbors in need.
