Bocce, Beer & Bites 2026 brought teams, volunteers, and supporters together for a day of sun-soaked competition and hometown fun. From tight matches to sideline cheers, the tournament delivered plenty of memorable moments—plus a meaningful boost for Albemarle Area United Way’s work across northeastern North Carolina.

CHUMM shared updates on its ongoing recovery and community service efforts, highlighting more than $255,000 distributed in Hurricane Matthew relief, continued support for families across Dare County, and new volunteer-led projects. As CHUMM celebrates its 40th anniversary, the organization continues expanding partnerships, strengthening disaster response capabilities, and mobilizing volunteers to serve neighbors in need throughout the Outer Banks.
